- Full payment required before check-in
- Security deposit:
- 6 nights or fewer: $200
- 7 – 29 nights: $300

- Rates are inclusive of GST
- No Tenancy Agreement (TA) or stamp duty required
- Guest registration and acceptance of house rules are mandatory
- Utilities and bedding are included
- E-receipt issued upon check-out
Long-Term Stay (30 nights to less than 1 year)
Payment & Deposit
- Security deposit: 1 month’s rent
- Advance payment: Monthly in advance
- Utilities deposit: $200 per studio (pay-per-use)

- Tenancy Agreement (TA) required
- Stamp duty applicable only for stays exceeding 90 days
- Monthly e-receipt available upon request
Extended Stay (More than 1 year)

- Security deposit: 2 month’s rent
- Advance payment: Monthly in advance
GST & Tax Notes
- For corporate leases, GST applies to 40% of rental under TA
- No GST applies for individual Tenancy Agreement
Management Rights
- All bookings are subject to availability and management approval
- Admiralty Hills Management reserves the right to revise terms without prior notice
